Trentemøller remixes The Cure and announces summer live dates

When Trentemøller was asked by Robert Smith some time ago if he wanted to do a remix of a The Cure song, he naturally agreed immediately. Now this remix is in stores, digitally and also as part of a triple vinyl release.

Trentemøller had this to say about the song selection:
"I chose "And Nothing Is Forever" because it moved me deeply… a haunting, fragile beauty that stayed with me long after I first heard it.

For my version, I kept only Robert’s voice from the original. I stripped everything away and started from silence, letting his voice guide the mood and direction, building a new world around it. That’s why I call it a rework."
